Statement from the SCF Leadership

Many of you will be aware that Sid and Laura Thurlow have resigned from their positions of leadership at SCF and as of today, 1st May 2026 Sid is no longer employed by the Fellowship.  We are appreciative of the time and energy they have invested into the life of the Church.  Whilst our love for them has not changed, it has become evident that the  difference between the long-established SCF vision, values and practices and theirs, brought them to a place where they no longer felt able to continue and have therefore departed from the SCF Family.

We would like to take this opportunity to reiterate that going forward they no longer represent or have any responsibility or formal connections with the SCF Family.  We wish them well for the next steps of their journey and ministry and pray God’s blessing over them.
